“I emailed your company and also Provided feedback on your social media after an awfully poor user experience. Even entering this feedback is a nightmare as the feedback field is not performing properly. I have attempted using your website on an iPhone an iPad and an Apple Mac. Surely your site is optimised for these devices by now? The fact thTyou cannot access detailed feedback recover from other channels means you don't have CRM tools. I am very surprised at this. Something terribly wrong with your IT and your business strategy. Despite this, I like your products. Shame that purchasing is not simpler”
