“My order took longer than I expected to arrive at the store (compared to other companies who sell online) and then I consider a week time not enough time to pick up the goods. It's a waste of resources and time from everyone to place the order again and what it's likely to happen is that I won't do it, in case I don't have to pick it up when it arrives at the store. Not brilliant, my first online experience on Decathlon, I must say.”
