“I wanted new mountain bike and read reviews which identified a great bike (with a few tweaks). I called in the shop in Sheffield and they were really friendly and helpful. I ordered ot for delivery to my home on the easy to navigate web page. It took a little longer than I'd hoped to come, over a week, but good things are worth waiting for. It's a great bike, with new tyres and minor adjustments to the way in was set up it's perfect. Overall, really pleased by the whole experience and product.”

“Staff very knowledgeable young assistant who came from your Glasgow store v.ery helpful can't remember her name but came from one of Aritic countries.. It was her who gave me the impression of the quality of staff that work in your store. I also experience this when inquiry about a new punch bag. Price are fair idea of not having receipts is good idea with store card. An express checkout is something to look at for small price purchases.”

“Went to Lakeside and Surrey Keys store to try on the item to make sure it fitted, but NO SHOOTING VESTS OR GILLETS in store at all. One or two for fishing but NOTHING for shooting.”

“The products and delivery were as promised. The obligatory customer registration, however, was unnecessarily detailed, and I have since been getting unwanted emails that I can't unsubscribe from without closing the whole account. Worse, there seems to be no way to delete the account without contacting a store.”

“Made an order, received an email three weeks later saying the item had arrived at the delivery point. When I went to collect it it was not there, I was then informed that the email meant that the item had been returned to Decathlon. Very poor communication.”

“The items fitted my daughter very well and were as indicated online. Thank you. Not good, though, as the black colour was only available online (I visited the store a few times but didn't only saw other colours) and the fact that it time.was not available for collection in good”
