“Every year on our annual visit to England we buy a quantity of Kalenji socks Eliofeel High White (Item 534169). For years we have been very satisfied with these socks as they were made with a high percentage of cotton. The current socks are made from 94% polyamide which have a very unpleasent feeling even when touched. Unfortunately we do not live in England otherwise we would changed them. “I bought the tiniest product online, as small as a mouse. I was away on holiday so missed the email that said that seven days had elapsed so they sent it back. So I drove twenty miles to your store to pick it up only to find you had sent it back. A tiny product couldn't be stored in the largest store imaginable. I will try not to use Decathlon again I think”

“Having purchased goods from Decathlon, One of the items broke. I contacted Decathlon to arrange for a spare part to be sent to me. I got a very amateur phone call suggesting I contact a branch in Surrey Quays which is 250 miles from where I live. The person was unhelpful and ill informed.”

“As a 6 foot tall woman, I despair of getting suitable cycling/ outdoor attire. It's all too short on the sleeves/ body/ legs, made of inferior material, poorly stitched together, twice as much as men's gear and usually in revolting shades of pink! Congratulations Decathlon for providing me with 5 star rated bike gear which was the right size, an excellent price and delivered at top speed. And not pink.....thank you!”
