“Orders a Triban 520 over the internet. Site as easy to use and the advice on bike size and how to select very helpful. Communications and confirmation of order were good and delivery in the timeframe promised. I was out at the time, but arranging a second delivery time was no problem. One tiny improvement would be being able to specify a delivery day.”

“Ordering was straight forward, delivery quick, quality of products were good. I had to return a couple of items due to what I felt was a poor fit, which would have been better with free postage, however a full refund was given straight away. I would recommend buying from Decathlon.”

“Very disappointed you do not stock fishing tackle any longer at Wednesbury store. There was some tackle that sold very well as it was always sold out but you stocked minimal quantities. I tried to offer informed advice but to no avail.”

“Ordered neoprene trousers in-store at click and collect store. Was able to try similar product for size. Staff there very helpful with selection and placing order. Was advised it may take up to 5 days, in fact it arrived the following day. Have worn them twice now and pleased with fit and comfort.”

“I ordered a shelter as a bit of an add on to our tent. It's fabulous. So easy to put up and even if I'd got stuck at any point there is a brilliant video on the website which shows you exactly how to put it up and take it down. Delighted”
