“Love the store espically the Kelanji running products.”

“I have made only a couple of on line orders but in my experience the items were as described and arrived in store ready for collection when stated. Other times I have bought in store and I was pleased with my purchases, as they were well made and reasonably priced. I wear a lot of fleece clothing as I walk my dogs for miles in all weathers. I find it comfortable and warm, it also washes and dries quickly. Your range of outdoor clothing is perfect for me.”

“Amazing. I bought a pair of jodphurs which I thought would be great. Stylish, fitted, good quality etc, but when I rode my horse in them I found them uncomfortable and unsuitable. With no original packaging left, I contacted Decathalon who sent me details on how to return them, within 2 days I'd received a full refund including postage. What more can I say, I will definitely use Decathalon again and will be making a trip to one of their shops in the near future. Excellent customer service, thank you. Be assured you can buy with confidence from this company.”

“I ordered 20 backpacks, thinking I wouldn't be allowed that amount, no problems at all. We were using them for the Mary's Meals Backpack project and wanted 10 pink and 10 blue, great price, quick deliverer, will use this company again.”

“Excellent service and quality products. On a camping trip to N. Ireland, I found the extra baggage costs prohibitive. (with Flybe). By making a click and collect order, new, discounted, camping gear was waiting for me at Decathlon Belfast, just a short distance from City airport. The staff were charming! The Arpenaz 2 tent was faultless during a damp week. rick”

“Good friendly customer service, products always competitively priced, own brand products seem to be as good as most big brands- I've had cycling kit, climbing kit and general camping kit from them - all seems to do the job it was intended for well, and seems pretty durable. A great store.”

“Excellent service and description of goods. Purchased two robes for my daughters for swimming that fit my criteria: I wanted something that would warm them up and dry them after swimming. I also purchased some dance plimsolls. My daughter finds them very comfortable.”

“Used click and collect for the first time and everything went perfect. Then shopped in store Croydon. The shop has plenty of stock and we found eveything we needed, from running gear to football shoes. Love this shop!”
