“I have shopped at Decathlon since my student days in France. I have always been impressed with the service and range of goods in your stores and am even more impressed by your online service. Goods are very reasonably priced, always available and always seem to have the size I want. Goods arrive very promptly, even when the site says temporarily out of stock. it usually only takes a few days to locate an item and to deliver it. Well done to Decathlon, over many years. “i had a great experience purchasing my new bike along with some accessories. the staff where very knowledgeable. i must say both times i was in the Harlow store the was a lack of staff so i had to wait some time to be seen along with other people just walking out as the didnt wish to wait any longer.”

“Setting up an account was initially difficult (I used a tablet computer) and took a few attempts. However, the product I received was excellent and i'm very pleased with it and Decathlon were quick with their delivery. Would buy from them again.”

“Very helpful people. The wellies were the wrong size but because they were a birthday present they had to be returned after most company's returns periods would have expired. No problem with Decathlon: you just send it back. Refund was very fast as well. I will deal with this company again without hesitation.”

“I was amazed at the Service very polite staff that kindly handled my queries with expert knowledge. The goods arrived the very next day to my total suprise, it was then taken to Vietnam as a gift for my son who said it is a great pack & the best value. He would know as he is on his 2nd Back Pack & still travelling. Keep it up great service.”
