“Had a slight problem with a product, not there fault it was the manufacturer. Decathlon were great easy pre paid return no fuss and very fast replacement. Also easy to contact. I will be using again”

“Items received good, nearly 5 days to be delivered which I feel was to long for delivery to store. Website not great, has some things that are in store but not all and visa versa!! We went to the Wednesbury store and then had to order on line as the store had nothing we went to get, the shop was half empty, looking for walking trousers and range was 5! And all of range there was only Xs and s!! And this was on a Saturday morning! Then when we tried to order online we couldn't get half the stuff we wanted. No great.”

“I purchased a sevylor kayak for home delivery which had a manufacturing fault, I returned it and had a new one sent out with no trouble whatsoever, customer service was very good. I also visited the store in Warrington to purchase buoyancy aids and paddles and Carlos was very helpful in showing us how to buy the correct sizes. overall I am very pleased with everything at decathlon. The loyalty points are great, but could be improved by the vouchers you receive having a longer usage timespan”

“Excellent product and quick delivery but asked to be emailed when product in stock, this did not happen. I had to keep going on website every day to check if they were in stock which was rather annoying.”

“Bought some wellies online and picked them up from the store, unfortunately they were to small although they were my size. The assistant said that was a common problem and instantly reimbursed me. Sorry they were not right but good customer care otherwise”

“Good quality clothing sells out quickly in the popular sizes and is not restocked throughout the season. Consider ordering more small and medium sizes throughout your ranges from your suppliers or the ability to place a secondary order with them throughout the season.”
