“Quick easy and great to use!”

“We had a tracksuit for our 8 year old delivered to store even though we live a considerable distance from the Sheffield store. We did this so that we could try it for size and avoid all the rigmarole sending it back if it didn't fit. However when we went to the store the item had disappeared, the staff were at a loss to explain where my item was. After some time the deputy manager came to our assistance. I have to admit he was very polite and dealt with our problem swiftly and to our satisfaction. It makes such a difference to be dealt with properly rather than the usual shoulder shrug accompanied with a guttural 'I dunno' attitude of some stores.”

“Great company at affordable prices, however main issues I have is that they quote they have things in store available, I then make the trip and see they don't and end up ordering it into the store anyway.”
