“I wanted to return an item of clothing which didn't fit and don't live near a Decathalon store. I called the nearest store to me and was dealt with in a friendly and very helpful manner and was offered a credit note if I returned the item with the receipt. I returned the item and received my credit note and the whole experience was easy and friendly and made me want to make the effort to come back to the store to shop.”

“great site. shipping was quick. prices were very reasonable. your products are top-notch and last forever. My only complaint would be that you don't seem to ship to Israel so I had to have this watch shipped to my family in England. Overall, you guys are awesome!”
