“Excellant service did click and collect and my Matex 320 arrived as expected. Really happy with the product, the price is so much cheaper than anything else on the market, it's sensibly specced. The only draw back is the weight, no issues for me as i want it to commute to work and training, ideal bike for training or ocasional use. As for Decathlon the staff offered to build it and set it up there and then and no extra cost, as i've built bikes in the past and the kids were screaming i did it later. All in all thumbs up on customer service and value for money.”

“All encompassing site, excellent selection of good quality stock. Very easy to locate items and buy item. Delivery - well packed and almost 'instant'. Excellent experience.”

“Does the job but it's a bit fiddly to fold quickly,especially when you are rushing to jump on public transports. Overall it's a good alternative if you are a 'hybrid' commuter.”

“Happy with the service itself. As far as the products go, the trousers were fine but the hem on the jacket keeps curling up at the back. Not ideal when you're trying to keep your work clothes dry.”

“Requested size 7 but received size 7.5 and later advised no size 7 in stock. couldn't be bothered with hassle of returning so now have pair of trainers too big sitting idle in the cupboard”
