“I frequently find that the sizes are quite small in comparison with normal british sizings and find having to buy an extra large when I normally wear a medium in a Britih size is quite off putting. I like being able to order on line and try on and collect from store”

“The only thing I can say that is different in Decathlon than other large retailers you may compete, is that you are not pressured the moment you walk in the door. It really does put me off going into stores and the poor staff are pressured to pounce as a part of customer focus base. I'm hard faced enough to tell them politely thank you but no. But I tend not to come back as a customer again unless its a last resort.”

“Decathlon offers a broad range of equipment/clothing for many activities. Each section is easy to locate and the layout is open making for ease of use - never over loading of stock. I do not particulary enjoy any form of shopping but Decathlon makes it easy and acceptable.”

“I tried to order a sports bra but the usual brand I like was out of stock and I was given the option of receiving an email when they had more stock in. I selected this but several months on and there are still none available. I ordered an alternative and selected the colour white. The bra was a pale BLUE - definitely not white!! Couldn't be bothered to send it back in the end. Disappointed :(”

“I have always used Decathlon stores across France and so it is fantastic to have them here in the UK now as well. I use the stores themselves for great camping equipment and walking/hiking gear as well as use the online ordering service. Always efficient and helpful and will use again often. Brands are always of great quality and reliable, would not hesitate to recomend.”

“From giving the order via internet to receiving the goods, not quick enough. Compared to Amazon, you need to find a quicker way of despatch. My parcel took ages to arrive and I thought at first it had gone adrift. Apart from this, everything else ok.”
