“Spent £249 on an inflatable kayak. Took on holiday to Hythe. Within an hour of being on the water it almost sank as it filled with water. Seams faulty. I checked reviews only to see it is an old problem. Disgusted they are still for sale. Ruined our holiday.”

“Although the delivery was nuxh faster than advised- I was sent the wrong item! When railing regarding this I was told I couldn't ask for a replacement until they had received my order back. I eventually did receive a full refund”

“The flip flops I ordered were slightly damaged as about 5 pimples on one flip flop were pressed down so they were pressed slightly in the box and did not stand up which was not as expected. I decided not to send back as would take to long for a replacement pair to arrive but I was disappointed with the condition of one when arrived.”

“Over the last 3 months I spent about £600 on a road bike and various cycling accessories. I find the quality of the goods to be very good. The staff are always helpful and are able to give advice. The goods on sale are excellent value for money. Returns are easy. I bought a few items via the website (click and collect) but I found the pricing differed from the price in store. This was apparent when I returned an item for a refund. The refunded amount was less than the price I paid online. Overall a happy customer. I will definitely return.”

“First time I've used Decathlon. Spot on with choosing and delivery. Item arrived as promised. Only negative (sorry)' not enough pick up points locally so had to bear the delivery charge. That being said, price wise, okay. Would I shop again? Yes.”

“Decathlon was recommended to me by a friend. The staff were extremely helpful as the item of clothing I wanted was not in stock and so it was suggested to me to order on line while I was in store and then I could call and collect. I will definitely be shopping at the store in future.”
