“The range of goods available is helpful, and toys being put out to play with is a good idea to try before buying (and keep children busy in the store!). The stores sometimes seem untidy in places - maybe it's hard for staff to keep up with the movement of goods from visitors. The Aqua shoes I bought recently were excellent as they are a mid-range price of a good quality - they bridge the gap between cheap terrible shoes and the really expensive ones from diving shops.”

“A great store, which we used a lot whilst living in France, but alas there is not a store in SW England - browsing in a store is far better than just viewing on-line, although, the internet buying process was very good and efficient.”

“I ordered a cricket bat on the Internet on a Saturday night. On Sunday I unexpectedly had a chance to go to the local Sheffield store. The bat was there. I explained what I had done, but was unable to take the bat in lieu of the order. I needed to pay for the bat again and wait for the online order to come through and then request a cancellation. The online order took another five days or so to tell me to go to the Sheffield store to pick up the bat. I kept on thinking 'I must go back into the shop to get a refund on the online order', but there didn't seem to be an opportunity until I was finally sent an automatic email to say that as I hadn't collected the item in time I was to be refunded. I guess I have learnt to not bother with ordering anything online but just to go to the shop”
