I have 2 issues with 2 different purchase Issue 1. When I buy a bike with 27 gears I expected to be able to use all gears not be told that the reason there is a noise coming from the chain area is because of the way I'm using my gears, then I have an issue with the slipping of the gears and chain, three times I'm back to the same shop to the same people trying to get this issue delt with and it wasn't until I insisted on them taking it out for a ride instead of putting it on the bike stand that they admitted that there was an issue. To be fair they did Replace the bike because they were unable to repair it so that was that one resolved after 1 month of taking it back and feeling like an idiot because you don't know the technical explanation for the problem. On to issue number 2 I went to buy the 93kg weights for £119 I was told that they were in stock and that they would just get a trolly to take them to the till, 20 minutes pass and I'm still waiting with a 6 and 13 year old getting restless and wanting to play with everything as kids do, so I go and look for some one to help and get told that they no longer have it in stock( I think you can imagine the thoughts that where running through my head, but despite this managed to keep calm, so they said that they would have it to me buy the monday, this being Friday and I thought fine, they also agreed to remove the delivery charge and to be honest i think that's the very least they should be doing, any way after the payment was made i received confirmation of my order, the next day I received another email saying it will take anything up to 2 weeks because I live in Scotland. Well this was the straw that broke the camels back, frankly I new I would be wasting my time phone customer service but I did it anyway and i was right. So delivery is now on the 15/07/15 I went to buy this the 26/06/15 even if you take into account the delivery on the Monday its still over two weeks. So my patience has been severely tested with decalthon and I have had very little contact from them giving me any info or apology, it feels like once they have your money they are not interested in anything else, that is why when I got this request for a review then I could not help my self and to be honest it's what they deserve for not being able to look after custom who are paying with hard earned money. I wonder now if I will get a response from them, I will just have to wait and see

Was very disappointed, travelled to my local Decathlon about 20 miles away from my home, a joint visit as I was visiting Ikea next door too, they didn't have the weight training ankle strap I wanted so was advised by staff to order online, which I did. An email was sent (very good) to say my order had arrived about 5 days later and was ready to pick up in store. On the day I was planning to go pick up my order I received another email telling me my order was being cancelled and I would be refunded, which incidently took over a week, because I hadn't picked up the order within the five day period, which I was unaware of. I was unable to pick up my order in the short five day period because of work commitments which prevented me from having the time to travel the distance to local store. I would have liked to have had the chance to say that i still wanted the order before it was cancelled at least.

The tent is fine. It takes a bit of wrestling to pack it up though, I think this would be the same for any pop up tent. You have to use quite a lot of force to get it to fold up.

I found a lot of negative feedback on trust pilot but my experience was faultless. Quick service with good communication. I'm very happy with my weights bench. Thanks

Prompt service and delivery on time. The only issue I have is with the quality of the bike I purchased. Maybe I was expecting too much for the price I paid but then again having uour crankset loose on your very first ride isnt what you would expect. I got it tightened and I rode just 16 miles to have it wobble like jelly. Have decided to upgrade the crankset with the bottom bracket and the bearings, sell this one off and invest in a better bike.

I have ordered a pop up rent and self inflating mattress- both are excellent, my friends were impressed. Decathlon delivered all in fantastic speed, I have received confirmation and email communication. I am very happy and returning customer.
