“After searching and phoning more than 10 sports clothing supplies including making contact with the gymnastics association Decathlon was the only company able to supply young boys stirrup gymnastic trousers. They were an excellent price and delivery was outstanding. The product was an excellent fit, it has been worn for at least twenty sessions and shows no sign of wear.The operative I spoke to was one of the most helpful I have encountered. I really do hope that this company opens a store in the South West, preferably Bristol. Paul. Bristol.”

“I like Decathlon products and prices. I purchased my first adult scooter 3 yrs ago to do my daughter's school runs. Now, I see a lot of mums do the same thing. The scooter turned out the best buy ever. Though I might upgrade it soon. However, I had purchased a back pack. The zip was broken. I bought another one online,and Last week while I was shopping for swimming gears at Decathlon, my phone fell off the floor from the front pocket of my Decathlon back pack. Zip was broken again. I rushed to the cashier, complained about the situation. I didn't have the receipt. But right on the spot , they gave me a new back pack. Now, i can say that I like Decathlon products, pricing and customer service as well. Thanks Decathlon...”

“the item i bought on line was delivered to one of your pickup stores ,in my case Watford ,the item wasn't suitable so I elected to return it ,but now I was told that I couldn't return it to same pickup store but I had to return it via post and pay for it . not good enough !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“My cross trainer machine is very good, I have no complaints. It was a 2 part delivery, the first delivery was a plug which can be used in the UK, I received the wrong one, so I went to Decathlon, and they changed it for me without any problems. I was told that they will check their remaining stock for any wrong plugs used.”
