“I had a problem with the tent poles that I ordered, they frayed. But The customer service from Decathalon was excellent, they sent a replacement within a week, no trouble at all. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and the tent I purchased was great too, at a very good price. Really pleased with it.”

“i spent 3hrs in decathlon croydon, after choosing a bike, the model i choose it took a total of 3 bikes of the same model before they got one to work properly. They kept changing operatives to work an the bike eventually when it was correct, they could not even dust it where it had been sitting in the rack, on reflection poor customer service could not even offer me anything to compensate me for the inconvenience because it should not have taken this long, on reflection I should have gone else where, where I think I would be better thought of”

“The masks arrived in super quick time. They look great and cannot wait to try them out. A friend purchased a couple more for me one of the snorkels was missing a stopper inside Decathlon sent another very promptly.”

“Fishing rod set in stock online so ordered for store delivery then ordered tackle to go with set. Got text next day to say fishing set out of stock so Decathlon cancelled order but not tackle, which was delivered to store even though I cancelled order after receiving text about set. Took email from me to get refund for tackle 3 weeks later, even though received email from Decathlon saying that as I hadn't picked tackle up (remember, I cancelled it?), refund would take 3 days. Checked fishing set online a couple of days after order cancelled by Decathlon and it was still shown as in stock. Still showing as in stock just a few days ago as well. Bad experience.”

“The sandals are excellent quality, cant fault them. The delivery to the store was quicker than the days suggested, but you only have 5 to pick it up, not very long :-( especially as they were early and I was away, so nearly lost my order. I also accepted a decathlon card on my order, but am still yet to receive it.”

“Ordered an outdoor table tennis table (Cornilleau 500M). Was kept informed throughout the delivery process and table was delivered well packaged and without any damage. Overall very pleased with the service received and would certainly recommend the 500M as an excellent outdoor table.”
