“Decathlon is a very welcome addition to the UK market. A sports store that actually caters for people who do sports as opposed to casual wear. Their own brand training wear is excellent value and their click and collect service works very well. If I had any feedback it would be to speed up checkouts by making sure their IT worked properly and the staff were better trained with it. I would also improve the range of free weights and kettle bells as these are at present only aimed at beginners. Great potential.”

“Having bought clothing at Decathlon before, I registered with Decathlon online & purchased 4 cotton shirts at heavily reduced prices. They are of excellent quality, fit and style & were delivered the next day. A superb service which I will not hesitate to use again.”

“I'm very impressed with Dechatlon and the ordering and delivery process. The bicycle I ordered arrived on time, the only thing I would say is that the courier left the parcel with a neighbor without having my permission or calling me in advance. Now on the topic: The bike is spectacular. Very good build quality and top materials used. I would point out that even though Dechatlon says they set the bike up prior to delivery I had to further adjust the brakes and unless you have some experience with that you'll have to do some research and spent some time fiddling with your bike. Now in my case is no problem because I enjoy doing it, but not everyone is the same. All and all the hole experience was more than exemplary. I only took a star off because of the courier and has nothing to do with Dechatlon or the bike itself.”

“Tent arrived quickly, well packaged and just as described. Thank you very much for easy service, good website and good value. Regards the Quecha pop up tent, well... it seems a quality item. Not been in rain yet but expect it would be ok. Could get 3 in at a squeeze. Only comment is about folding it down. On the video it looks really easy. Is there a cut in the video? Anyway its not so easy to fold away. But it does, with a bit of patience it will line up and fold up and fits in the bag again. Perhaps it takes practice to be as good as the video. Would buy again. Thanks”

“great, speedy delivery, arrived well packaged and when an issue was raised that was resolved very very quick - brilliant service did i mention the Scooter is very very nice, stable, nice smooth ride and folds up and opens very quick with no damage to digits”
