“Ordered some trainers to collect in store next day. a week went by with no confirmation email so emailed customer support. They apologised and said the order had been lost. I asked for it to be placed again, this was last week and I still haven't heard anything. Decathlon need to seriously up their game if I'm to purchase from them again.”

“You deserve 5 ( five )star for service , however I gave you 4 because I reserve one star for the confusing of "sizes " of you product . It is not clear and it does not fit with the English sizes. It must cost you lots of money returning items and it cause frustration to your customer. But at the end your team put it right. I was talking about my order regarding Swiming custom . Ex 29" appear 15 " 36" it should be 46/48 " and so on.”

“This bike is of excellent quality for the price and would have been just of happy if it had been £100 more. This is the first time I have used sram brakes and gears and so far I'm more than impressed and beginning to prefer sram to Shimano. This clearly is a very good buy and at £240 a real good purchase. I have so far used this for road biking, some medium off road trails and pulling a kid trailer packed with two kids. The bike has so far done all without any sign of strain or struggle.”
