“My wife purchased a Newfeel 'courier' bag recently from Decathlon when we were returning from France. She has used it daily to carry her laptop and other work stationery. It has proved to be extremely suitable as the compartments are spacious and easily accessible, whilst being individually securable. There is a handle and the carry strap is comfortable on the shoulder and the ability to transform into a backpack without having to adjust other straps and clips is a joy. We were so impressed that I ordered one online (UK), which arrived in short order, well packaged and suits my purposes as well as does my wife's. We would recommend this item (though be aware that there are two sizes) for anyone requiring a modern look and feel messenger, backpack, come briefcase.”

“The quality of the products appears to be excellent. I'm very pleased with my running shoes and compression socks. However: The website is shockingly slow, to the point that it is very off putting. I tried it on a laptop, iPhone and a very fast iMac, but it makes no difference. Delivery also seems to be a bit of a shambles. My second order was for my childrens' sports' day, but the stuff didn't come in time and my wife had to waste time driving to Sports Direct, paying more money for shoes.”

“The waterproof case I brought was brilliant. I used it everyday for my 14 day holiday. At the beach, in the sea, on the jet skis, pedal boats & even videoed on the banana boat! I used it for a whole day at the waterpark recording going down slides. I recorded fish underwater. Wow. For £7 you can't go wrong.”

“I bought a tent from decathlon and asked it to be shipped to a UPS drop-off point near my home. The tent arrived there and was then shipped away before I even knew it was there! Decathlon and UPS are at fault as both failed to notify me of the delivery. I then called decathlon multiple times on many of their numerous helplines and was redirected every time; to try and find out where my delivery was. Eventually, after way too long somebody finally admitted that they were at fault and not me. She then sent another tent to my billing address. This could have been avoided had home delivery been a free option from the beginning. Thankfully it arrived the day before I left for the festival I needed it for. No compensation was rewarded just a kind word from a call centre employee. Not going to be ordering from this website again.”

“The items i purchased were great promptly delivered and the communication was great. one of the items did not fit as it came up a bit small. I followed the returns policy and took the items back to the store i had click and collected from. I handed over the items and there was no checkin or receipt given for the return just their word it would be returned and replaced with the required size. Six weeks later nothing just a pending order. I contacted customer service who were prompt and helped resolve the issue, in this instance i took a refund as i needed the item quicker than they could get me a new one. All in all i was happy with the service but think their returns needs some looking into. Product as always was great value for money and really well made which is why i will continue to shop at Decathlon.”

“I ordered 4 DOMYOS MY TOP Fitness Tank Tops as I have bought them before in Spain and I absolutely love them. The colours are great and I think they are better than some other more expensive brands, they wash well and I have converted lots of my friends to them. Thank you”
