“I was looking for the Tribord sea mask but it was out of stock, so I left a request to be notified when it would be back in stock. That's a useful service of Decathlon, in theory, because I was actually never notified. I found out that it was back in stock by chance, when I entered the site again some time later, so I placed the order. This was not satisfactory. However, I have no complaints about the rest of the services. The mask seems to be fine too; I only tried it once so far but I like it a lot.”

“The kayak was exactly what it said on the box. We do find the seat air valves a bit fiddly but we were on the water in 25 minutes. And the kayak stayed dry”

“Bought a tribord mask on recommendation . Very quick delivery. Checked for size and then bought another for the wife. We have just returned from Majorca where we used these from the beach and from a boat. These give a new dimension to snorkeling and were admired by all that saw them as a breakthrough in design Am sure we will get good use out of them.”

“We purchased four towels for use in our motorhome, and they didn't disappoint. They are light weight, take up very little space, when rolled, and, importantly for us, dry quickly, especially when hung outside in the fresh air. We haven't had them that long but they have washed well so far with no loss of colour.”

“A thoroughly reliable straight forward easy to use service. I do miss the option of visiting one of your stores (surrey quays and thurrock) to check out first hand some items. How about a new store in Cambridge! Thats still 50 miles from home but an ideal hub.”
