“I've been shopping at Decathlon for over 15 years and have lost count of the number of things I've bought from here from bikes to rucksacks, sleeping bags to trainers, table tennis sets to swimming goggles. All have lasted the test of time. Well most of it, I've worn through two pairs of hiking boots and I'm on my third. I have to admit there have been times when every single item of clothing I've been wearing was from there. And I'm only mildly ashamed to admit it. I need to get more stuff again.”

“Living some distance from a store online shopping is the only way to use Decathlon. The website is slow, clunky and uninspiring but the products are great value for money so I tend to persevere. My most recent purchases were a bargain as they were in the sale and arrived very quickly after ordering so I would rate the distribution and value for money as excellent but the website as in need of a revamp.”

“I bought a pop-up tent and am pleased with it. However, I would not recommend relying on the brief instructions on the website for demonstrating how to pack it away. I downloaded something from You tube which showed each step clearly. Although sold as a two man tent, the one I bought was far roomier than all the other two man tents in my group, so that was a bonus.”

“I ordered a cardio model VE130 from Decathlon (Mysore Road) last Sunday and after multiple follow-ups the product was delivered after1 week. Even then it was not complete. The machine was delivered one day...installation another day and we are still waiting for the mats. it was promised to deliver the entire kit within 2 days. The products are good but have a very poor logistics. we took off from office for 2days waiting for the product delivery and machine installation. but it all went in vain. The logistics guy "Azaz" kept us waiting every day. whenever we called, he was always on the way and never came. On top of that we had to listen from the office that we were not at home. That was the false communication sent to the office. we haven't received the mats till today. They kept promising everyday that we would receive the products immediately and it never happened. Surprisingly, Decathlon officials said they are not aware of the logistics service provider!!! Hope someone takes action at the earliest. Thanks!”

“We took this pop up shelter [Base Seconds Pop Up Camping Shelter ] to Scotland as a storage/changing room to support our small Bongo campervan and it weathered storms OK. It does not have a liner so need to avoid storing items against the side, having said that no rain got through the fabric. It was ideal to sit and eat in, store items and change in. We had to search a good video on line for folding it up which is not an intuitive method. The item is excellent value for money”

“A brilliant tent. The first time I used it there was a serious storm and it was water tight. Excellent ground sheet and I love the lights and air/vent system. The packing away takes a little getting used to but I have cracked it now and its all so easy. Its a strange shape to pack in the car but its slots behind the seats .. I love it ... no regrets”

“I bought this tent with hope it will be good for average rain. I was really surprised how good product it is . Weather was really bad, 3 days of constant strong rain and wind on isle of Sky in Scotland. No water inside tent, and no damages because of wind. Tent is very comfortable for 2 people, big and tall enough.”
