“Misunderstanding over bike sizing meant that the incorrect size was deliver. However the patience and helpfulness of Customer Services helped resolve the problem in a timely manner. I would recommend both the products and services to anyone interested in buying a new bike.”

“The whole Decathlon thing is brilliant. I wanted to buy everything in the shop. Great kit, great value BUT....the quality of the staff was extremely poor. I ordered a kayak and a paddle board. When I arrived to pick them up some of the paddles had not arrived but someone had booked the complete order as in. The English girl behind the counter/cashier point repeatedly looked on a shelf full of small parcels for the kayak and board despite me repeatedly telling her how big they were. She was very, very poor. It was only when some of the French staff became involved that the items were found and it was discovered that the paddles were not with them. The English guy who helped me in the car park was also astonishingly dim.”

“This is a brilliant shop I'd never heard of before it came up on google. Excellent customer Service at Thurrock lakeside or equally efficient online. Great products, great prices. Beautiful quality sleeping bag for only £14.99 & great pop up tent for 3 for under £50. If you're going camping or walking you don't need to go anywhere else for all your supplies!!”

“Size guide needs some attention as ordered shorts as per the size guide and we're all too big and had to send back and reorder. They were so big could fit two people in them.”

“Good range of products at a reasonable price however, the online delivery message stated that my package had arrived only for me to find out after a 40 minute drive that it wasn't in the store that I had selected. The pc at the store also said it was delivered however this was not the case.”

“I love shopping at Decathlon, great selection of products at great prices. The only thing I would like is that there would be enough stock of products, it's often not available in size needed and weeks to wait for stock! I still love Decathon and will still go back!”

“Wanted one for ages and finally bit the bullet. The price had just dropped so timing was perfect. What a stunning machine for the money. The bike is fitted with top kit and rides beautifully. The frame is slightly old school but suits what I do, and the front shocks are great. Overall a brilliant bike and fantastic value for money. Get one if you still can.”

“The shoes arrived fine but when I sent it back to get a different size back I had to chase them and send them proof of postage for them to send the item back even though they had received it 3 days beforehand... all else was good however.”

“Order arrived quickly and within the timescale given. Jodphurs are fabulous and I get lots of comments on them. One pair hasn't washed too well (decoration around the pocket has peeled up slightly) but wear them a lot so it's to be expected!”

“Was really happy with the merchandise I bought from Decathalon. They dispatched my items quickly after ordering, and they arrived well within the estimated delivery date. Haven't had to use their customer services, as I've had no problems. Bought some Decathalon own-brand items, and found they were to size and made well for the price point. The size charts may be confusing on the website for female clothing, but I found my size just fine.”
