“I went to pick up my order and it wasn't complete.. The missing item was the one I most needed that same day... It was delivered the next day to my address no charge, but well.. It's the first time ever that happens that I buy something so in advance and the order it's not complete when they ask me to go and pick it up..”

“Visited the Decathlon in Tours, France (Loire) to buy the larger size/format of Camping Gaz butane. Simply assumed they would stock it and had driven some long distance to visit this shop. But was told they do not stock it - only the small cartridge sizes. I like Decathlon as a shop but this was a big fail.”

“I took them around 2 weeks to get my order to me, in that time there was twice that they emailed me to say that an item was out of stock and I would have to get back to them before shipping. I had ordered stuff for going on holiday and it was nearly late in getting here. 1 day before I went. Wont use again as a shambles of an operation!!!”

“CYCLE HELMET FITTED GREAT, PLENTY OF ADJUSTMENT. TO BE FAIR I HAVEN'T FELL OFF BIKE `YET` BUT, I WOULD SUGGEST LIKE MOST CYCLE HELMETS THEY DO REDUCE THE `BUMP FACTOR` IF YOU'RE PUSHED OFF BIKE AND, HAPPEN TO HIT HEAD OF SOMETHING. WOULD I RECOMMEND IT OR BUY ANOTHER ONE IF NEEDED...`YES`”

“I'd heard about Decathlon some years back but forgot all about it as they were not in the UK at that time. Not to long ago a friend was wearing a great looking pair of wellies, perfect height, colour etc and she got them from Decathlon. So online I went and bought a bunch of stuff including wellies. They delivered to Shetland no extra levy charged which is excellent. I was very impressed with the quality of their tshirts, long shirts and wellies. Recommend highly and I will be buying more for sure.”

“This tent is brilliant! We had appallingly wet weather for several days, but inside the tent was bone dry. Very very quick to put up, and take down and pack away, due to the video tutorial!”
