“Initial order received, correct item but wrong size. Used online process to return and obtain correct size, again wrong size received. Didn't want to go through process again so asked for full refund which was received”

“Products are great quality but the dispatch service was really poor. Website stated that items would be delivered by a specific date. The items were dispatched after that date. Not so good if you need something for a specific date.”

“The biggest problem with Decathlon is their website. It used to be possible to check if an item was in stock at my local store. This facility has been withdrawn. Twice I have ordered goods online, to collect in store. Both times I have had at least one item needing to be returned. The second time, the website said I would have to post goods back at my expense. I donated the item to a charity shop instead! Very poor.”

“First up - great products and great prices, if it was just based on this they would have 5* However - Decathlon simply don't know how to stock a store, most of the time I have to wander around with the website on my phone to work out how much items cost because they either have no tickets on display or are strewn across the floor or just placed in the wrong areas, this wouldnt be so bad apart from the fact that prices differ between the website and store and both seem to have their own offers and sales. Staff are mostly ignorant of customers, particularly when waiting to collect from the internet pickup but are pleasant when you actually speak to them. Great concept and approach, badly implemented.”

“Ordered 3 women's golf polo shirts. Arrived very quickly. Really delighted with the quality of the garments as well as their stylish fabrics and design. These were on sale and were an extremely good price - but I would have paid full price for such good shirts. Have worn and washed all of them - very comfortable and look good as new after washing.”

“I am not happy as the shoes I ordered did not arrive within a week to the selected store (yes, in store delivery!) and then the size i ordered was not the correct one! I understand there is an issue wkth eu to uk sizes, but i selected 8.5 uk and received 9 uk... Would not recommend online orders especially on shoes!!”

“Very happy with the dive computer and it's price.Paid for computer on line and it was showing in stock received email saying that it would be dispatched from wearhouse then told not in the country so it would be four weeks!”

“Good comunication, delivery in good time. Would prefer not to have received the marketing e-mails after purchase & would be nicer to receive item in a box rather than a plastic bag. When buying Football boots (or any footwear)you would expect a box as standard. having said that boots were £5 cheaper than other on-line options I could find, so fair enough”
