“i purchased a wetsuit for open water swimming. I returned the suit as I didn't feel it would be thick enough for swimming in Scottish lochs, even in summertime. The original order and delivery was quick, the returns procedure was painless. It wasn't Decathlon's fault that I didn't feel the wetsuit would fit my purposes, they were excellent throughout.”

“I ordered and paid for two pair of cycling glasses being told the glasses would be in store in under a week However the truth being some 3 weeks later ----No glasses.Following this I requested my money back which the manager did,I still wanted the glasses and the manager promised to E mail me when the glasses were back in store as of 1 month later I am still awaiting any information from him Any wonder why I have such a poor impression of Decathalon in Coventry”

“The quality of goods that I have acquired from decathlon has been of the highest standered. The customer service is second too none! I had a shipment sent to the wrong address, my fault and they done their best to rectify. In the end achieving everything they said they would. Overall would always try and shop here”

“Decathlon service was excellent. I order a jacket on line and then I had confirmation emails to keep me up to date. The item was delivered with in two days and the quality of the time was very good. It makes it easy to use the web site, but it is good if you live near a store as the staff are always very helpful.”

“Excellent customer service. My table tennis table warped after less than a year (3 year warranty). Decathlon replaced it straight away. Model was discontinued, so they offered an alternative (similar price).”

“I had my delivery delayed for 2 weeks and no information was given to me on how to organize a delivery. Was very disappointed with the service as I am a client for two countries in Portugal and UK and never had such a bad assistance on my queries relating to the items I bought. I felt that the instructions for the bike I bought weren't helpful and I found myself having to find a way by presumption of what I thought was the right way to put the bike in the right way. And resulted on me not being able to ride my bike for that week as I asked for proper instructions and tools to put the bike up and running. That resulted on the same instructions and same bad quality tools being delivered to me so I was so not happy with that as my requests weren't answered, I then had to go to Reading store to finally have my bike looked at. I am not happy with the service and have in someway been keeping myself out of buying anything from decathlon as I said I am a great client and find myself not buying quite a lot of equipment's from you.”
