“Bought an inflatable Kayak from Decathlon in Spain on holidays as I liked there shops here in Surrey. Had a problem with the middle section of the Kayak as it had failed overnight. Took it back to Decathlon and was given a replacement without any bother. Many thanks Decathlon. regards Charles, from South Croydon”

“The order process was relatively easy and straight forward and the bike itself is great and fantastic value for money, the only part of the process that didn't go as smoothly as it could was the delivery as I had no idea when it was coming and there is no option to allow a neighbour to sign for it. In saying that DHL did pull out all the stops to make a special Saturday delivery for me, but I think that this was more to do with the bike being sent back to Heathrow and the deport being open 24hours. I would recommend and buy something for Decathalon again (this is my third bike purchase), but would think carefully about the delivery address to make the process perfect.”

“I found everyone I dealt with polite & professional. I would order again. It was the first time I had used the on line service.The clothes I ordered were really nice,good quality but I found very small sizes so I had to send Coat etc bac.I took the coat to work to see if one of the girls would like to try it .it was small for them. The sleeves were very narrow. It did cost me nearly £3 to send them bac.I did get a full refund tho even the delivery charge.”

“I love this store! Their clothes are really great quality for the price and their organic t-shirts (both men and women's) are exceptional. All round, so much better than many other outdoor/sports stores. In France everyone buys their leisurewear from Decathlon, literally everyone!”
