“Ordered 2 cycles online and had minor issues with gear changes. Took them to Giltbrook store and was extremely satisfied with the help and advice we were given to fix the problem and also how to reduce wear and tear in the gear system. Very happy”

“Ordered a bike. Decathlon's communication and delivery was smooth throughout. Bike was not set up properly on arrival though - and I have been unable to get it perfect with usual tricks so needs some more work. Otherwise happy.”

“Quick delivery, the item was in tact and exactly as described. Although these sunglasses have a slight sepia tint (inside the lenses), this disappears each time when exposed to the sun so you see vivid/natural colours. They have a slight blue tint (outside the lenses), and they both look good and feel comfortable. The outside of the lenses can attract smudges easily, but the case includes a useful cleaning cloth which removes them quickly. The case provided is a decent size (neither too big nor too small) and is very sturdy. Overall, this product is excellent value for money!”

“we purchased a bicycle which was advertised and stated to be delivered the next day. there were numerous issues and delays with the courier company and lack of Decathlon involvement in following up with the matter, it was not delivered until 4 days later whether or not the courier company is the supplier of choice for decathlon, as a paying customer I should not be expected to chase decathlon's supplier for a purchase I made with Decathlon. I have purchase many items with Decathlon previously, and i believe Decathlon sells excellent quality bikes.. would I purchase again? I don't know... very hesitant”

“Fast free delivery service, bike was mostly already set up perfectly (just handlebars and pedals to attach) and excellent price. I can't believe the quality of this bike. Carbon forks on an aluminium frame for just over £300!! Thank you Decathlon... I couldn't have convinced my wife to let me have a 3rd bike without this price.”

“My Parents Bought a toddlers bike from one of your stores, within 6 months back freewheel sprocket stopped working - These bikes have a 2 yr if not im told a lifetime guarantee. Sales staff simply said no receipt no deal basically not interested at all. This is a Decathlon 14" Calipo B-twin branded kiddies bike product and its only very recently been on sale, no more than a year i suspect- Where did she think we bought the bike from? I had to get Halfords next door to take the freewheel sprocket off the back wheel to enable replacement as your bike dept couldn't find the specific tool and then purchased a new free wheel from your internet site. This was your faulty product and receipt or not she should have replaced it. Very displeased and will not be using your store again- Mark Noble IMG_20150502_104127.jpg IMG_20150502_104152.jpg”

“I had a good shopping experience however the only fault I could find was that the goods were advertised as available on one page and then no longer available on another. In this world of high tech I would have thought the it department would have got its act together. It won't stop me shopping though and Decathalon is still excellent value for money.”

“Before I placed the order, and in the confirmation email, you indicated that the product would be available to pick up in store the day after I ordered it. It was not. I was subsequently away for a week, and explained to your store staff that I would not be able to pick it up until after your 7 day collection window had expired. It duly expired, and you cancelled my order. Happily, this didn't seem to matter, and it was still in the store when I returned to pick the item up. Your system worked, but not as advertised. At least your store staff were friendly and helpful ...”

“Very happy with this bike, great value considering it has carbon forks. Very easy assembly, chain was loose and skipped when on highest gear, so phoned customer services and they were very helpful and agreed to reimburse me the repair cost with no quarrel!”
