“Delivery took longer than I was told, items were out of stock and the fit of them was shocking! Pretty poor all round.”

“I have bought a large number of items from your stores in France where I am a regular visitor. I have almost always found the staff to be particularly helpful and knowledgeable and the products bought of good quality. Aftersales support is also good in France. I recently bought some items in England via the internet as you have no stores near where I live. I was happy with all but one item, a hat, which was not the size marked and would not fit me. I notified your internet department of the problem and was told that it was probably a manufacturers error. The hat was not expensive so I did not think it was worthwhile returning it, however the experience would certainly make me cautious as to what I would order via the internet from Decathlon in future.”

“With such an excellent range of products for so many sports. It's the first place I think of when need something sport related. I've been shopping at Decathlon for over 10 years always popping in when I visisted France. The only bad thing will be my bank balance having a Decathlon in Stevenage now!”

“It was the worst experience I ever had. I have ordered from Greece and I have paid for a courier to pick up my order. And although I had a correspondence they have not inform the pick up point. The courier was trying one week to pick up the order. The order still has not arrived in Greece. I call Decathlon and they do not apologized!!!!”
