“Happy with the product I ordered, however I received no notification that it had arrive at my local collection point. I only found out because I was there picking up a Wiggle delivery and the chap told me he also had my Decathlon parcel that I found out.”

“I love Decathlon products, and I am very happy to be your customer. I never had any issues with your service until very recently. A wrong winter hat was sent to me, so I sent it back and asked for an exchange. Again, the same mistake was made - I received a wrong hat, and unfortunately do not have time to send it back, so have to keep it. Quite disappointing, but overall still love Decathlon!”
