“I am a little disappointed with my first order at Decathlon. I ordered swim suits for my girls over a week before going on holiday and some clothes for my son. The order didn't get treated for 4 days because of an item not in stock but I was not notified so I had to call and ask for an express delivery but the clothes arrived after we had left for holiday. The boy clothes were great and the right size but all the swim suits for the girls were ridiculously small for the size stated and I had to return all 6 pairs! Refund was quick and efficient. I will hesitate to use again.”

“Everything! Online ordering system is flawed, and placing an order is no guarantee it will be processed. Customer service is a pointless waste of space, and I will not be using them ever again.”

“I didn't think John Lewis could be beaten or matched in terms of Customer Service, product quality and knowledge! Shopping at Decathlon was such a memorable and enjoyable experience, as a result our first family camping experience was amazing! We honestly have John and Decathlon to thank for this : )”
