“Happy with the product I ordered, however I received no notification that it had arrive at my local collection point. I only found out because I was there picking up a Wiggle delivery and the chap told me he also had my Decathlon parcel that I found out.”

“I love Decathlon products, and I am very happy to be your customer. I never had any issues with your service until very recently. A wrong winter hat was sent to me, so I sent it back and asked for an exchange. Again, the same mistake was made - I received a wrong hat, and unfortunately do not have time to send it back, so have to keep it. Quite disappointing, but overall still love Decathlon!”

“Really chuffed with the products (roller, windproof running jacket, and running vest) which arrived swiftly, and well packaged. I have never used Decathlon before, but I have since been to a store and am very impressed, particularly with value for money and range of choice.”

Dear Alan, thank you for your feedback and your time. We are sorry to hear you are experiencing problems with your delivery. We have tracked your parcel in Royal Mail website and we would like to confirm the order was delivered on 12/09/2016. If the parcel was not delivered to yourself, could you please check with your neighbours and in any suitable locations around the property where the parcel could have been left. Royal Mail does not require a signature for the deliveries therefore they can leave parcels to other members of the family or neighbours.
