“Decathlon in my opinion provide an excellent service with quality goods true to their word and great communication with an equally excellent range of products. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Decathlon for all your outdoor requirements.”

“Good delivery speed and communication. However these days, it's unreasonable to have paid returns. In addition to this, the confusing and non standard (and inconsistent size guides) make it very easy to order the wrong size - in which case you will be returning items at your own cost simply because the information wasn't very clear. I've done this twice now! I am unsure if I will shop from here again mainly due to the inconstancy sizes (or availability of accurate size guides) and the returns policy.”

“all goods received quickly, returns & replacements dealt with efficiently. It would help if the sizing of garments are a bit more obvious as I had to send back some t shirts as they were massive. I do like decathlon as it is so affordable.”

“I ordered swim noodles and they arrived fine but there was no option to order the colour of your choice. When I emailed customer service to ask if this was possible as I had wanted I was told "The Swimming Float Noodles do not have an option to select a colour as in our warehouse they are picked at random and the colour picked would depend on the availability, unfortunately we can not influence which is picked.". This should be something in the future to add to your website. If I had gone into your store I would have been able to pick the colour of my choice.”

“I've waited 4 weeks now for a pair of golf shoes to be dispatched. The last pair i ordered took 2 days and everytime I speak to someone in the shop they say - oh they are just being dispatched. Any chance after 4 week they might realise there is a problem and they are unlikely to be dispatched?”

“So far i am very happy with the product , services. Already refer my friends and they are also purchased from Decathlon. As i am staying in Bristol, it would have been excellent if there is a collection centre in Bristol.”

“btwin 500se, really like the bike, great value, light and fast. done over 500km so far no problems. needed adjustments on brakes and gears following poor set-up from decathlon, I read similar things in past reviews.”
