“Fantastic service from Decathlon - ordered in the afternoon, arrived the very next day. Cannot fault this company. I ordered a gymnastic leotard and shorts and I am very pleased with the items - decent quality and really affordable. My daughter loves them.”

“Ordering, delivery information and collection all very good, staff at collection point were efficient, polite and helpful. The only problem was that later that week I received a string of emails informing me that my goods were "ready to collect", culminating in the final email saying that my order would be cancelled and monies refunded as I had not collected my items. Possible loopholes in your systems could result goods collected and not being paid for. might be worth a check.”

“I ordered online and collected from the Decathlon within Asda in Watford. When I telephoned to check my item had arrived, the man knew what he was doing and when I collected, he was very helpful. All-round a good experience.”

“After careful consideration - Strathyre Outdoors selected Decathlon to supply some of our Outdoor Activity equipment. We were not disappointed. We received excellent customer Service especially from Jonathan Francois who went out of his way to personally assist us during our visit. We were impressed with the friendliness of staff, product quality, prices and choice available at the Edinburgh Store. We hope to purchase more in future.”

“The kit came without the screws so I could not use it, I called the customer services who have been rude to me and did not resolve my problem. There were out of stock in the all UK so they have to order it in France. Fortunately for me I went to France and asked at the store which agreed to provide me with the missing pieces of my order.”

“We were in your Braehead store to purchase bikes for our twins on Sunday 4th October and received excellent help from one of your staff who's name escapes me at the moment....he was a young gentleman from Poland. He spent a lot of time with my daughter ensuring she was comfortable on the bike she chose and then he gave the bike a final once over checking the brakes and gears we set up fine. One happy customers with one very happy little girl.”

“Everything at Decathlon is of good quality. No quibble when returning goods even if you have not got the receipt. Staff are always helpful and you can always find them compared to some other sports shops I have been too.”
