“After careful consideration - Strathyre Outdoors selected Decathlon to supply some of our Outdoor Activity equipment. We were not disappointed. We received excellent customer Service especially from Jonathan Francois who went out of his way to personally assist us during our visit. We were impressed with the friendliness of staff, product quality, prices and choice available at the Edinburgh Store. We hope to purchase more in future”

“The price was excellent, the delivery was uber quick, the packaging was spot on. The tent itself is prefect, took a bit of time to erect on a very windy site, but once up it was palacial, dry (we had biblical rain) and oh so comfortable. Couldn't recommend the company more, thank you.”

“Prices are good and information is ok. I bought two products and in both cases they were a bit too small. I used the guidelines of their website instead of what I though would fit me. In both cases these were just ok but probably too tight, especially the gloves. Another time I filled up my basket but I was undecided about a couple of products. Few hours later when I tried to check up it seemed that nearly all my the products in the basket were not in stock... weird. At the end I did not do a second order. I may use them again as they are cheap but with some precautions.”

“I bought a bike recently which was an online purchase delivered to store. The bike technician set it up for me and away I went. After a couple of days the gears and brakes were not working well so I went back to the store and they sorted it out and showed me how to adjust them for future reference. The store is a good 30 min drive from my house so It was a bit of a hassle to return the bike to be set th eway it should have been in the first place but the service I received was very good.”

“Very disappointed,,,,,,, the service i normally receive from decathlon is very good but on this occasion not so I ordered for collection in store, when I arrived I decided I would pick one or two items up first I then went to the till and explained I had an online order waiting the sales assistant was very grumpy put my items thru the till i mentioned I had a decathlon card but couldn't find it, she totally ignored my comment and proceeded to get the item i had ordered no explanation of what to do about getting my purchase registered on my account infact she was bordering on rude. I think this is a one off bad member of staff i will forgive But also when i got home i went on line to see if i could enter my receipt on line which you can however after 40 minutes trying I gave in it would not accept the receipt for some reason A little poor hope its a one off previous experience has been good”
