“I needed a couple of tennis skorts for my daughter which were proving difficult to find elsewhere. Great selection at a fantastic price topped off by very prompt delivery. I'll be using, and recommending you, again soon!”

“This is the 1st time I have used Decathlon and I have to say that the service I received was exceptional, I needed my tent by a certain date and even though they couldn't guarantee it the lady I spoke with advised me that she would speak to the despatch warehouse and do what she could. I was happy with that and stunned when I got a phone call later that day from her confirming that it would be sent out that day. On the day it was due I had another call confirming it was on its way that day. I wish I'd got the ladies name as her customer service was the best I've ever received and she impressed me very much. Thank you.”

“Like all companies you have to register, why? Then all you get is emails, which you don't want, all I did was buy one thing! For some reason that give your company the right to keep badgering me to buy more stuff that I don't want! Why are they allowed to do this?! Please stop!”

“Without doubt Decathlon is the best sports store i have ever used. I used to shop in decathlon when I lived in Spain and am over the moon to be able to continue shopping there now over the internet. I only wish we had a physical store here on the isle of Thanet, it would be fantastic.”

“The delivery of sporting equipment was fine. But the pestering by emails ever since is REALLY annoying. I asked to unsubscribe over 2 weeks ago, and was told this would happen within 48 hours. I'm still getting unwanted emails about Decathlon, such as the one that asked me to go to this review site... Judge for yourselves whether this is an experience you want to share.”
