“The products are good and there is quick delivery. However, £3.99 for delivery (unless over £75) seems excessive for ordering just one item. Unfortunately I probably will be put off ordering from Decathlon in the future because of it.”

“I have always found the prices more than competitive, the choice of stock excellent and the staff knowledgeable and very helpful (in particular in the Belfast store). Decathlon is the first choice for all of our family's sporting needs .”

“I was disappointed as I got the straps for my Futsal goggles, but they keep slipping off when the water gets to the straps and they are not at all secure when I play Futsal. I tried to keep them in place, but when they are wet they slip off and its is difficult for me to keep holding them in place whilst I play futsal. I have lost my confidence in these scraps, I need something more weather proof not keep on moving once water hit the straps.”

“I'm really impressed with Decathlon and will certainly be making more purchases in the future. The item I ordered arrived so quickly. I had to exchange it for a slightly larger size and received the replacement within a couple of days as well as a refund for my original purchase. Customer Services were very helpful. Decathlon is a very competent company.”

“Called Edinburgh to check a stock item. Whoever was on the other end of the phone could not understand a word of English - 2 minute call turned into 10 minutes of pure pain and frustration. Sort that out. Also, if you are going to ask for feedback, don't wait until 3/4 weeks after the event - what are you going to do with my feedback then?”
