“Massive Choice of clothing and products for the outdoors and sports. Love the value for money and excellent delivery, which has appeared next day on all my orders and blown me away. This always seems a problem for other retailers delivering to me in the highlands of Scotland.”

“You get an unhelpful person who had no more authority or common sense than a robot if you try to resolve an issue by e-mail/online. On the phone, it's a whole different thing: much more is possible, and they are friendly and helpful, but I can't see what that same service can't be offered online or by e-mail as well!”

“Sadly, having moved to the Channel Islands, I find that Decathlon is unable to even accept an address over here. After complaining, individual staff very kindly arranged to mail my order on an individual basis but I don't expect this can be done routinely. What a shame as the wetsuit and fins they sent are excellent quality and value as usual.”

“After an initial disappointment due to poor information from the main website I can only say that Decathlon came good and despatched my order promptly. The goods received were up to the usual good value for money standard that I have come to expect from Decathlon. Just such a pity that Decathlon don't have a store closer to where I live and one that actually holds reasonable stocks of items in store associated with country sports.”
