“I have very well attended by the Bike department of Decathlon in Southampton. Not only have the sellers taken care of my bike in a quick and efficient way but they also have found my client card back. The communication was excellent and the service of great quality.”

“We went into the Warrington store to look at cross trainers, after looking at them on the Decathlon website, as this wasn't a piece of equipment I'm familiar with. We were allowed to browse undisturbed for a few minutes (which is always a plus) and then approached by a friendly member of staff to see if he could be of help. We told him what we were looking for, the model we'd found on line and had a few questions about the equipment in general. All our questions were answered satisfactorily and we were able to make a decision on the product quickly, thanks to the sales person's help. he showed us how to order the item in store and then allowed us the space to do this. Delivery to the store was easy to arrange. The service was great, I'm happy to recommend Decathlon and would shop there again. the only minor issue was that when our order arrived the staff were told it was to be sent back. Thankfully they called us to check and we went to collect it immediately. Thanks again for all your help!”

“Decathlon is a success for fairly obvious reasons. Quality at a reasonable cost, good quality communication and a growing brand value. The bikes have, in particular, impressed with their overall build and spec and are generally at an aggressive price point when compared to similar spec "big" brands. Well done!”
