“I bought two bicycles and received a great service - ordered online, delivered to my nearest store, bikes set up and in perfect order. Helpful staff member at the store, swapped a fastener which was a contrasting colour to the bike for me, while I waited. Both bikes are fantastic! Great specification, fantastic value for money - I highly recommend Decathlon products and you earn points that can be redeemed as money-off vouchers, too. Please keep up the good work, Decathlon!”

“Always the lowest prices for good quality outdoor clothes and equipment. Reserving online to collect in-store is a doddle. The best!”

“The item came very quickly. As it is a gift I can't comment on whether it is as required until the gift is given. But it looks set fair so far”

“I was looking for a sleeping bag and some other camping stuffs. Because I am new in the field, I had so many questions about the equipment I was about to buy. I found out all the information I needed on Decathlon website whereas I couldn't on the other retailer websites. I ordered online and got my stuff on the predicted date. Very straightforward.”
