“I had to return a climbing harness I bought on-line. The Decathlon staff ar Canada Water were super friendly and helpful. Since then, I've bought more equipment from Decathlon and recommended it to other people. Very good selection of online stock, too.”

“Fantastic service. Delivered in good time and perfect condition. I ordered the Oxelo Town 9 EF Adult scooter. The information, reviews and video on the site was the best out there and the price was competative. When you put the details on the site, how it helped, and price together, it was a no brainer to buy from Decathlon direct. The box being 40% bigger than was needed was a bit overkill, but everything inside was in great condition. This scooter is 300% better quality than the expensive one I previously owned, and the shock absorbing is truly fantastic (my eye sight was blurred and loss of vision on previous one). This one is a smooth ride, gliding effortlessly along, with super responsive back break and very well balanced indeed! 10/10”

“Superb company, will use again. Order process and website was very easy to use. I purchased a 2 Second 3 Man Tent, I bought the fresh and black one, Paid for DHL delivery and it was here the next day ready for my camping trip the day after. The tent itself is brilliant, 100x easier to put up and put away than my last popup tent, plus all of the extra features that come with the fresh and black version are very good, I had a bit of condensation on the inside but it was freezing in the night. I would highly recommend this website and it's products along with the superb customer service.”

“I used to shop in Decathlon when I lived in Spain. I was delighted to discover that I could buy from them online in the UK. I have been doing so for a few years now and I recommend it to everyone who likes good quality sports products at great prices. I only buy my running shoes, and other running gear from Decathlon and have recommended them to lots of other people who now all buy the same trainers as me! We look like we have a running uniform now when are together lol. I love decathlon and want them to open a giant store in Thanet where I live so I can enjoy browsing the isles once again like I used to back in Spain. I have never had a problem with any of the products I have bought from Decathlon and they have always arrived on time.”
