“Every time I return to decathlon I am very pleased with the level of help and willingness of the staff to be of assistance. I was especially pleased with the assistant who helped me select a good pair of walking boots where he was very happy to bring me numerous types until we found the pair which suited my needs best. Over and above!!!”

“I bought a pair of Quecha Forclaz 500 shoes online. When I wore them for a day hike, I figured I'd better off with two sizes bigger. Despite nothing being wrong with the shoes (except the wrong size) and the shoes being used in mud all day, decathlon offered me free replacement. Excellent customer service! I'm sold to them for life! Thank you!”

“Quick turnaround. Preferred online for click and collect and order was available for collection 2 days later. At the Surrey desk collection desk staff were very efficient and friendly. I would certainly rate highly the service.”
