“I wanted to purchase a kick scooter but Decathlon do not delivery to the Republic of Ireland. I phoned the Belfast store and Antra was the girl that helped me over come this issue. She was so helpful and so pleasant to deal with - nothing was a problem (nor were my cry for help emails!!). The issue being that as we do not have postcodes yet in Ireland this knocked out the ordering and payment systems used by Decathlon. Naoimi in the London office got involved too and again she was very helpful. I can honestly say that they could not have been more helpful.”

“I really like the range of products from Decathlon. The performance of the clothes easily matches high-end branded but at much better prices. I had a problem where some trousers i'd bought got snagged, while out trail running on a branch or thorn or something and tore open - more than i would have expected. i left a review on their website and was contacted personally to return the damaged trousers for a refund. Superb customer service! Always my 1st port of call for any sports clothes and equipment.”

“I ordered and got a confirmation of my order. When the order was not delivered, I wrote to customer service only to find out there was a computer malfunction. I should not have to write to find this out. Good customer service would have alerted me of any change to my proposed delivery date. Because the choice and value available in Decathlon is so good, I will probably shop there again, but I will at other sites first.”

“The delivery and returns was easy and straightforward. I exchanged an item and received it within a couple of days. My only issue was with the sizing. The size guides were confusing with EU, UK and US sizes on. I ended up with trousers that were far too big, either I made a mistake or the size guide isn't right. I normally where UK size 14 but the corresponding EU size in these trousers were huge!”

“Very happy with the service provided, cost and the quality of the goods provided by Decathlon. If I were to criticise anything about the store or organisation I would have to say that the franchise needs to establish a store in Wales (South Wales) to provide suitable choice for those individuals who are currently limited to attending to the Reading/Oxford/Southampton stores. The sports mad people of Wales are missing out on what Decathlon has to offer. Thank you.”

“Mainly shop for cycling gear. Decathlon has consistently good clothing and equipment at very keen prices. Customer service is excellent - just wish they ahd a few more shops in the UK - Norwich is waiting!”

“I ordered a great bike online as was on offer but no stock at Local branch. I chose to have it delivered to local branch, it came quicker than expected. When I went to collect they had completed the assembly and it was fully ready to use. The guy at the shop was really helpful and communication by Decathlon was great throughout. I already love Decathlon and this was my first online purchase, really pleased and will use again without doubt”

“Decathlon is my 'go to' store for all things sport; it is brilliant value for money, especially as I enjoy running, climbing, mountaineering and swimming. Yet the website side of your business really lets you down. I previously placed an order a couple of weeks ago that, whilst it was in stock on the website, was not available to be posted out to me which was very inconvenient. More recently, I placed another order and have just received it - yet the majority of the order has been given to me a size larger from what I'd asked for - even though the postal receipt still quoted my original order. Least to say this has left me very perplexed and questioning your competence, and yet again I was extremely inconvenienced by your lack of aptitude. I hope you find a way to rectify this issue so that I can continue to enjoy your wealth of products.”
