“Consistently good well researched products, usually competitively priced. comprehensive range on offer from value to elite. Ok customer service in my experience, though had a few teething issues with them and fairly quick and fair with resolution. I score Decathlon 4/5 *'s.”

“i just wish all sizes were the same actual size I bought two 45 size shoe (11 or 11,5 uk dunno) and it is bigger on one model than the other”

“Possibly the best outdoor gear at the best price you can buy! Use their own brands and you can't go wrong. Make sure you can tell the difference between serious kit and stuff for wearing down the pub, because they sell both! Keep a special lookout your their wacky kit (It may be anything) and get use to that smug feeling watching people go "What on earth is that!"”

“I consistently find your Belfast store lacking in management of pricing ( a lot of items with no price on item or shelf, and the staff in general unmotivated ! and not that helpful, I shop here for most of my sports items , but always have to ask prices or find a member of staff willing to help. A shame as it's a great value company with a good range of product. P.McA. Belfast”

“website/delivery is all good. only improvement I can think of is make the information on returns clearer. the way it is worded is a bit confusing, didn't know how to send back, had to call helpline - who was very helpful overall a very good company and merchandise; will continue to use”
