“Good products at a fair price. Polite and helpful staff. Your staff at your store in Tenerife, Spain, were especially nice. Your own brand cycle tyres are especially good value.”

“Bought a decathlon bike for £330 pound, triban 500 Se.. i.e here... http://www.decathlon.co.uk/triban-500-se-road-bike-black-id_8306187.html Look great, rides good, value for money... Ups... Delivery time, price, styling, weight Downs Tyres, replaced - kept on gettting punctures, seem extra thin... crazy unknown brand, hutchinson.. most decatholon bikes comes with them. Seat... uncomfortable on even short journeys... Gears - plenty, but noiser! Rubbish lights that it comes with..... not sure how your meant to put on your handlebars. Overall - better then halfords carrera range...”

“REF FORCLAZ 200 3 IN 1 JACKET BASED UPON MY MEASUREMENTS & YOUR SIZE GUIDE I ORDERED "ON LINE" A MEDIUM WHICH WAS TOO SMALL ,THE OUTER JACKET WOULD NOT ZIP UP WHEN WORN WITH INNER ONE, WHICH FIT FINE .EVEN THE SIZING INSIDE THE JACKET DID NOT RELATE TO YOUR SIZE GUIDE! I THEN TO TRIED TO REPLACE IT"ON LINE" BUT COULD NOT BECAUSE A LARGE WAS NOT AVAILABLE SO HAD TO EXCHANGE IT AT YOUR NEAREST STORE NAMELY BOLTON,A ROUND TRIP OF SOME 120 MILES !!! THE LARGE SIZE FITS WELL OTHERTHAN THE SLEEVES WHICH ARE APPROX 250MM LONGER THAN MY ARMS ! PLEASE NOTE THAT I AM OF NORMAL BUILD NEITHER OVERWEIGHT OR DISPROPORTIONED. BOTH THE INNER & OUTER JACKETS APPEAR WELL ENOUGH DESIGNED & MADE HOWEVER I HAVE NOT YET GIVEN THEM A SEVERE WEATHER TEST & HOPE I WILL NOT BE AS DISAPPOINTED WITH THAT AS WITH THE FIT OR THE TROUBLE OF HAVING TO GO TO BOLTON ! IF THE JACKET DOES INDEED PERFORM SATISFACTORILY THEN I WOULD SAY IT REPRESENTS GOOD VALUE FOR THE PRICE HOWEVER I DO THINK THE SIZING / FIT DOES PERHAPS NEED LOOKING INTO. REGARDS Steve”

“The website is not very user friendly but the service is very good. We ordered a lot of sports and camping stuff and got it delivered to my workplace. All arrived well-packaged and on time and it was easy to return items to the shop.”

“Great clothing; great prices and delivered swiftly as ever - love Decathlon for cheap but perfectly adequate clothing for riding, climbing and snowboarding. I don't understand why you would need to buy from anywhere else and pay more. Love a bargain!”
