“My first order with Decathlon. Good value deal, arrived promptly etc. Only problem was that the gears were not set up correctly, kept slipping between gears and couldn't get some, so i need to get someone to sort that for me. The nearest Decathlon store is about 60 miles away so not worth going all that way! uh!”

“We bought a (French) table tennis table; the delivery process wasn't so good, it cost over £30, it wasn't easy to book a delivery slot, it wasn't within the promised period of delivery and arrived after the promised delivery time slot. On a separate issue, one needed an engineering degree to assemble the table.”

“Having ordered the discounted Selle cut out saddle for the second time as in the displayed picture I again received the uncut out saddle for the second time and when I made a complaint about it I was just fobbed off that it wouldn't happen again but one of the other reviewers had stated it had happened to him”

“Only order if you are very sure the product is the right one for you as returns are tricky. They are not prepaid and you may have to find alternative packing if you ordered several things and the packing received is not suitable for the items being returned. Unlikely to order clothing again for this reason.”
