“Initially my item didn't arrive and I was asked to contact the post office myself. This wasn't great but then I got fab service. When I phoned back, the lady on the phone realised the issue, immediately placed a new order for me at no charge and the boots arrived in time for my holiday. Very happy and would certainly use them again!”

“Service was great - ordered online and was very quick and simple. Only problem was the size guides were perhaps a little misleading as the trousers ordered were enormous! However, returned in store and was very simple with excellent service. Shame I couldn't get a replacement though as the item was out of stock.”

“Decathlon has clearly upped its game. The B'Twin clothing oozes fantastic quality within some refreshingly cool designs and so many great options. Likewise the equipment. Mail order delivery timings are great with good communications. And whenever I have mistaken a clothing size, the returns service has been brilliant.”

“Staff very very helpful. Found ski jacket I wanted but trousers out of stock. Staff gave me the code details, checked the item was in main warehouse and gave me web site details allowing me to order on line. Trousers delivered to my home three days later. This saved me having to drive over from Leicester to their store in Nottingham.”
