“Having ordered the discounted Selle cut out saddle for the second time as in the displayed picture I again received the uncut out saddle for the second time and when I made a complaint about it I was just fobbed off that it wouldn't happen again but one of the other reviewers had stated it had happened to him”

“Only order if you are very sure the product is the right one for you as returns are tricky. They are not prepaid and you may have to find alternative packing if you ordered several things and the packing received is not suitable for the items being returned. Unlikely to order clothing again for this reason.”

“Initially my item didn't arrive and I was asked to contact the post office myself. This wasn't great but then I got fab service. When I phoned back, the lady on the phone realised the issue, immediately placed a new order for me at no charge and the boots arrived in time for my holiday. Very happy and would certainly use them again!”

“Service was great - ordered online and was very quick and simple. Only problem was the size guides were perhaps a little misleading as the trousers ordered were enormous! However, returned in store and was very simple with excellent service. Shame I couldn't get a replacement though as the item was out of stock.”

“Decathlon has clearly upped its game. The B'Twin clothing oozes fantastic quality within some refreshingly cool designs and so many great options. Likewise the equipment. Mail order delivery timings are great with good communications. And whenever I have mistaken a clothing size, the returns service has been brilliant.”
