“The order with you was placed at your Surrey Quays branch -person to person. The staff were not much help, as they had not seen the product, a table tennis table, out of it's packaging. However after the order was placed, I was very pleased with the quickness which followed with the delivery. (I believe the product had to come from France) It was just frustrating to spend so much money without being able to see the product”

“Great range of good quality clothes and equipment at great prices. One slight grumble with the website was how it dealt with items that were out of stock. Not clear until check out and even then it appeared that the item had dropped off rather than clearly not being available.”

“Only started shopping here a few months ago - wasn't too sure what to expect at first. Went to the Oxford and got a rather nice surprise. Was late in the shopping day and the store was quite quiet with the staff busily replacing stock on the shelves and rails. Had a wander round just to see what was about. Staff member asked if there was anything in particular I was after, I was just browsing, they said to give any of them a shout if I needed help. Had a good wander round the store, very logically laid out with beginner, intermediate and high end equipment and clothing for a wide range of sports. After entering with nothing in mind to buy I exited with a bucket load of kit worth around £100. Next trip to the Oxford store was midday on a Saturday - Loads of shoppers, families and other people trying kit on and seeing if the equipment was to their liking. Actually getting to get the kit out and try it is a brilliant idea, a table-tennis match in full flow, kids on a punch bag and a family chasing each other round the store on scooters and bikes. Staff were more than helpful shepherding customers around the store and refilling the shelves. Next trip was to the Reading store - see above; Brilliant! In summary; Huge range of stock for most sports. Tidy organised store. Great prices. Most important of all - really helpful staff. Highly recommended!”

“I was totally satisfied. Only four stars for the following reasons: 1. Returns are on my cost 2. The description of many products is not sufficient and additional information would help. Everything else is very satisfying. Speed of delivery, quality of products, Range of products and customer service!”
