“I needed to return some items no pre-paid postage to return cost nearly £13.00 to return them which is a lot of money. Won't order online again due to this fact. Very disappointed”

“Not impressed with there online systems (this is what I'm rating not the product) Firstly only told me it would take over two weeks to deliver AFTER taking my payment, Then after two weeks informed me that they could no longer supply. and then 3 days later informed me that was in store waiting for me to collect (good job I had not obtained a alternative elsewhere) Nothing wrong with the product when i finally got it but not the way to convince me to order again.”

We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our online system and we care about your opinion as we are trying to improve. We only take the payment once the order has been processed and ready to be packed, the first stages are just "frozen" and then authorized. Despite the attention paid to updating the stock levels displayed on the website, the availability of products, sent by the supplier, may on occasion differ from that when the order is placed. This is why we check the orders detected in the system, fortunately I can see that you order went through successfully and you collected in your local store as requested, one day after the estimated delivery date. “The order with you was placed at your Surrey Quays branch -person to person. The staff were not much help, as they had not seen the product, a table tennis table, out of it's packaging. However after the order was placed, I was very pleased with the quickness which followed with the delivery. (I believe the product had to come from France) It was just frustrating to spend so much money without being able to see the product”

“Great range of good quality clothes and equipment at great prices. One slight grumble with the website was how it dealt with items that were out of stock. Not clear until check out and even then it appeared that the item had dropped off rather than clearly not being available.”
