“I always like to visit a few Decathlon stores when in France. It's like a sweet shop for sporty folk. Having Decathlon available online in the UK is great. Plenty of choice in footwear, clothes, bike stuff, camping and probably sport and leisure things I can only imagine exist. My recent purchases online were everything I wanted them to be and were delivered quickly.”

“I ordered the item before Xmas 14 for a relative for their Xmas present and arranged for the item to be delivered to his home as we were going to be away for Xmas.I tracked the item and it had initially been sent to the wrong depot. I thought that things would right themselves but the item never got delivered to his address. Nobody advised me of the non delivery and after various emails and telephone calls I ascertained that the item had been returned to yourselves and a refund to my bank account had been made. I then had to reorder the item and go through the process again when we arrived back after our holiday which was mid january. I thought that my relative was going skiing in January and he especially wanted the item for his trip. Luckily the 2nd pair arrived in time for his trip. I would think twice about ordering from Decathlon in the future. Also why has it take over 3 months to ask me for a review. An apology would be in order.”

“Great products and your prices are very good. The only down side was your website which crashed a couple times whilst trying to order ur products which meant re-entering all our information twice and this happened instore, with one of your members of staff.”

“service is ok but some items are advertised and not available ? even at other stores ? and when I have left or applied the "remind me when available service" nothing comes back ? ever ? on a good note customer service do respond on occasion and try to resolve issues”

“I needed to return some items no pre-paid postage to return cost nearly £13.00 to return them which is a lot of money. Won't order online again due to this fact. Very disappointed”

“Not impressed with there online systems (this is what I'm rating not the product) Firstly only told me it would take over two weeks to deliver AFTER taking my payment, Then after two weeks informed me that they could no longer supply. and then 3 days later informed me that was in store waiting for me to collect (good job I had not obtained a alternative elsewhere) Nothing wrong with the product when i finally got it but not the way to convince me to order again.”

We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our online system and we care about your opinion as we are trying to improve. We only take the payment once the order has been processed and ready to be packed, the first stages are just "frozen" and then authorized. Despite the attention paid to updating the stock levels displayed on the website, the availability of products, sent by the supplier, may on occasion differ from that when the order is placed. This is why we check the orders detected in the system, fortunately I can see that you order went through successfully and you collected in your local store as requested, one day after the estimated delivery date.
