“If you could have got every size available then it would have been perfect but still very good. Speed of service was excellent. Highly likely to use Decathlon again.”

“The store it self is clean and ordered. Often the seasonal stock finish at the beginning of the season and decathlon as a group is not providing additional material if finished, not even online. I went to buy ski equipment on the second week of January and most of the good equipment and size were out of stock both in the shop and online. The ski season starts on the 8th of December and end in the 6 of April. So with 2 more month to go and just after a month most of the jacket and pants were unavailable! Ridiculous policy. I had to change brand and shop and buying somewhere else.”

“Good own brand products shipped quickly ... just one minor point ... the carrier insisted there was only one package even though the one he delivered said 2 of 2 ... he came back with the second later!”

“I was really pleased with my decathlon order. Shipping time was excellent with no problems what so ever with the order (unlike my experience with some other big stores). The quality of the goods was amazing and I am especially impressed by the value for money of the Domios brand (that I believe is decathlon's own brand). Really happy will definitely use again in the future! Thank you Decathlon!”

“I was very happy with the price and products I purchased online. The sizes with to small so I took them to my local Warrington stores and exchanged them without any hassle. The wet weather cycle gear and accessories for the bike are top quality at a really good price. I would and have recommended to friends and clients. Only down side was the time frame on delivery on the online order which was over a week.”
